My Medical Adventure, Part II

My first memory after
the ambulance was: balancing
on the footboard of a
hospital bed over an abyss

They were just the gatekeepers.  The real jailers were MIT students.

 Who were all young women.

The students went off to their schoolwork and left me guarded by the AI.

The AI that resembled R2D2 navigated over the abyss to massage my legs.  It's the small kindnesses that get you through these situations.

Then I found myself loaded into the back of a rental truck, the captive of the MIT students.

They drove me to a large rally down on the waterfront.

The first duty of the prisoner is to escape.

Not a chance.

They deposited me in a room jammed with furniture and kept checking to make sure I was still there.

Another, kinder MIT student came in to lead me to somewhere else.

To be continued. . .

Welcome back.  Sometimes you just can't get there, wherever it is, for various reasons.

So, you just have to jump in, one way or another.
